Warning: this post is a bit morbid and depressing. Sorry in advance.

With the exception of one guy from Nazareth, the death rate for humanity over the past couple millenia has been 100%. Planning for your eventual demise is depressing. That’s probably why few people do it well. Many of you have, as I have, found yourself sorting through shoeboxes full of old papers (and mountains of random unsorted old stuff) in the wake of the death of a friend or family member. What should you keep? What is still relevant? Ugh.

Enter Legacentry.com. It helps you get organized so that, in the sad but inevitable event that you die, your loved ones will have access to your important information. With Legacentry.com, they’ll know what kind of funeral you want. They’ll know who to contact. They’ll know where your important documents are kept. They’ll know what social media and other online junk they need to deal with. They can see pictures/descriptions of important heirlooms so they know not to sell them for 35 cents in an estate sale. The goal of the site is to provide peace for you loved ones later by helping you get organized now.

Try it. I hope you like it. Of course, I’d love to hear what you think. Contact me or comment below with any thoughts or suggestions.
